Meet Gypsy. She is a 21 year old BLM mustang mare who was foaled in April of 2004. Gypsy is a incredibly sweet horse who is trained in western and has been ridden English a few times and takes to it well. She can be lazy with arena work so probably would love to be a trail horse or even a companion horse. She absolutely loves kids. She is a solid mare with great bare feet. I just had the vet out for teeth and vaccines. Also tested for cushings due to a suggestion from someone at the barn despite the vet thinking the test would be negative. Unfortunately it came back as a low positive. Gypsy will be easily maintained on a daily pill in her grain and yearly blood work to monitor her levels. She will also need a low sugar diet. But other than that she can live a normal horsey life.
Due to my personal health, I am unfortunately having to part ways with Gypsy. Must go to a great home who will love and take great care of her. I'm not in a rush so I will insist on a great match for her.
