- [ ] Willing demeanor, will do and is capable of doing anything asked of her
- [ ] Ridden and roped on in only a rope nose hackamore, broke broke!
- [ ] Rides off the same, no matter the time off
- [ ] She has had one foal, and her perlino color will give a colored foal every time
- [ ] She is 100% sound
- [ ] Currently shod, but can go barefoot
- [ ] Triple registered, hypp n/n
- [ ] Blue eyes, thick pretty tail and nice mane and forelock
- [ ] Easy keeper on whatever you want to feed her
- [ ] Big mare in every direction
- [ ] No reserve for a quick uncomplicated sale, payment plans accepted although she doesn’t leave the property till paid off, transportation available

- [ ] She’s got a sassy rude mare attitude on the ground, but completely disappears under saddle and is non existent with other horses
- [ ] She is NOT for a begginer or child rider because her size and buttons, will not give more than asked but is powerful
- [ ] She has not been ridden in five months as I am pregnant
