Cooper is a fantastic all-around prospect for you with great breeding. Has been trained as a reining horse when he was started, backs, side passes, nice lovely jog. Been introduced to cattle, and basic gaming patterns. Been to the beach, extensive trail rides, and foxhunting events. One of those that you can pull out and ride in a blanket and halter (we've also trail-ridden him bareback in a halter plenty of times). Has been used in our lesson program for several years and is a calm gentleman. Does better for adults when you want to jog or lope due to being a little lazy. We've ridden him through traffic and drive-thrus with no problems. Would be a great cowboy horse or husband's horse. Seems to like men better. No kick, bite, wind sucking, bolt, rear. The bad: When he gets ramped up (barrel pattern, or over a jump, fast running) he occasionally throws a small buck in excitement. Nothing extreme and gets less frequent as he gets older and is ridden consistently, but want to be honest. When turned out in a herd or group setting, he'll be a little bit of an instigator. He isn't aggressive but will try to nip others. A well-placed "no" from another horse and he will back right down. No significant injuries since we've had him in the last 3-4 years. He got a cut above his eye which required some stitches, but hasn't had any complications or issues. Barefoot, stands, loads, bathes, grooms, vaccinates and does all the things you want him to without fuss.
