Meet Luna, a 17 Y/O registered MFT mare with kind and inquisitive personality. I have used her in shows, as a lesson horse for youth and adults, for trail rides, arena work, etc. Most recently we have been working through the BTMM. Luna is well mannered and easy to handle - she loads, bathes, stands for the farrier, and is easy to catch. No vices other than the fact that she is usually the lead mare in turnout settings. She needs a rider who will listen and set fair boundaries while maintaining a level of patience and kindness. She is UTD on preventative care and is on a 6 week trimming cycle. She does have thin soles which I have managed with boots when on rough terrain. She has mild arthritis which is to he expected at her age - this has not been a problem or needed intensive treatment. I am happy to provide veterinary records. She is otherwise healthy.
