Dominic is just plain handsome to look at!✨✨ He is selling at the Great American Ranch And Trail Horse Sale April 5th✨✨. He is a half Quarter horse, 1/4 Percheron and 1/4 Gypsy Vanner. His sharp, dapple gray color and flowing thick mane and long tail, complement his good looks and have him standing out from a group! Dominic has a cute face and kind eyes showing off his easy going disposition. He stands 14.3 hands, just the perfect size for loads of fun! He has been a pleasure to work with... mostly being ridden under western saddle, but also has experience with English riding. He stands patiently to tack up and lowers his head to bridle. Dominic is great in the arena, walking, trotting, loping, and he gracefully picks up both leads. He side passes and half passes and has also done some jumping. The bullwhip and tarp as well as other distractions are nothing new to Dominic as he places his trust in his rider. We also ride him on the road a lot, exposing him to traffic and new sights and sounds. Dominic is trained to drive as well. He looks and performs equally well under harness, we typically hitch him to our carriage as you can see in the video. He has been driven single and double and does great either way. Dominic stands for the farrier and is currently wearing size one shoes. He is up to date on his shots and de-wormer. He sells with a Certificate of Soundness, proof of Vaccinations, and Veterinarian’s certificate of age.
