“West Elk Archer” is a drop-dead gorgeous leopard Appaloosa John mule by our registered Mammoth Jack, “Lake Nowhere Judah”. His dam is “Snowkist Cloud”, ApHC (Appaloosa Horse Club) #678703. He stands 15.3 hands and turns 5 years old on April 20th! Archer will be registered before the sale with the American Donkey and Mule Society. Both his sire and dam are on-site at our ranch in Gunnison, Colorado. This gorgeous boy has been handled from birth and is as sweet and friendly as they come. Archer has experience packing, ponying, trail riding, working cattle, and riding in traffic. He rides out alone and has been ridden English, Western, and bareback. He loves people, is always easy to catch, and enjoys getting attention. He has been started right - he loads well in the trailer and is excellent to be saddled, handled, and trimmed. He loves a warm bath and he is good with clippers. He has experience packing, ponying, trail riding, working cattle, and riding in traffic. He rides out alone and has been ridden English, Western, and bareback. Archer has also been exposed to a wide variety of animals, machinery, and wildlife.
