Teddy Bear is a one of a kind draft cross gelding standing 16 hands. We have owned him since he was 3 years old and have enjoyed every minute of it. We bought him from the ranch he was born and raised on. He has been a part of our family and it’s time for him to be a part of someone else’s family. He is the definition of safe and gentle. He is as broke and as handy as they get. We have doctored yearlings off of him extensively, sorted, and shipped and used him in the branding pen. He can and would drag a house down if you asked him to. We have trail ridden him, let the kids ride him, jumped him, and pretty much everything in between. He is broke to drive as well. Teddy Bear is very athletic, has a great neck rein to him or will ride in a simple snaffle two handed if preferred. We have even ridden him bridleless! He will go from a walk to a lope with a simple kiss. He has great brakes and moves off leg very well. He could easily make a performance horse in the English or Western world and shows a ton of potential for the fox hunting as well. Teddy Bear gets his name from his extremely friendly and docile demeanor. He is kind and lovable and always happy to get caught and go to work. He’s has great manners, good with his feet, hauls, ties, goes out alone, pastures with anything etc. He is barefoot, sound and straight/clean legged. There is absolutely no funny business with this guy and he can handle time off with no problem. We promise if you meet this guy you will fall in love.
