Pete is a gorgeous palomino Irish Pay colt, out of a very well bred cutting/ reining mare.
Irish Pay is a million dollar sire now, and is well known for siring amazing athletes with good minds. They are doing well in all aspects of rodeo- barrels, poles, roping and pickup horses.
There was an Irish Pay heading at the 2024 NFR, and he has sired multiple roping futurity standouts.
His dams pedigree is full of money winning cutters and reining horses, which is a great cross for rope / rodeo horses. She is a stout, sound mare with an amazing temperament and she has produced several super nice foals.
Pete has really excellent conformation, lots of muscle, bone, good legs and feet. He is calm and easy to handle. Has had regular feet trimming, current on vaccines and deworming.
I'm sure Pete has potential in many areas, I think as a top rope horse for sure, barrels, cows, all around. And I think he's nice enough to consider as a stallion prospect also.
