Ms Strawberry Chip, “Strawberry” is a 1999 model dappled (possibly chocolate) palomino mare with extensive western pleasure training. She has points in the AQHA for junior trail and has recently earned points in the ranch on the rail and working western rail classes. She went out to pasture to be a broodmare in 2006 and since then has been a pasture pet. She found her way to our ranch and we discovered her history and how talented she is undersaddle. I’ve been hauling this mare to local open shows and AQHA shows alike and she has not disappointed. She would make a fabulous novice amateur horse, as she still gets lunged before we ride. She loves what she does and has ample motivation to continue working and earning ribbons and buckles! She recently earned first place in the western pleasure and second in the ranch (only due to rider error).
