Penny is a coming 5 year old, bay mare, she is 16.1, bay with some small amounts of chrome. Penny has been started slowly and methodically over the last year. She has no rush to gain, as she is confident and quiet. She likes to please, and is well behaved.

Penny has no vices, stands well on cross ties, and ties. She is well behaved for the farrier and vet, trailer loads good, and stands to be bathed or sponged.

We have ridden Penny alone, and in a group, both settings have been easy for her to understand. She’s willing to go out of the trail alone, and has really enjoyed this. She has hopped over a few small fences, and likes to jump. She has also been ridden under a western saddle, and is willing to flat on a loose soft rein.

Easy to handle on the ground and on a lunge. She likes turnout and does best with the option to be outside as much as possible, she will stall just fine too. Easy to maintain diet (she is young and growing). No maintenance needed.

I can see her going in any direction. I would like for Penny to be in a home with a trainer to continue bringing her along, or a competent rider in a program to ensure that she reaches her full potential.
