Dixie is a 10 year old REGISTERED TWH mare. She is as PRETTY as a picture with a long , full mane and tail. She’s thick made , stout & stands a solid 15.1 hands. She’s a very personable mare that is the first to greet you in the pasture and loves attention. Dixie stands to be saddled , bridled and will parkout for you to easily mount her. She will also stand next to a mounting block to make it easy! She is naturally gaited and has smooth gaits and a soft one hand neck rein. She’s good for the farrier, vet & gets along with mates and geldings out in the pasture. Dixie has been trail ridden extensively on overnight camping trips all over the Midwest. She hauls and travels well. No terrain is too difficult for her! She will cross over logs, go through creeks, and will not refuse anything you throw at her. Dixie is “point and go” down the trail and is comfortable leading or following. This mare will get you noticed anywhere and has years of trail miles left in her!
