Meet Quin, a 2012 Irish Sport Horse gelding by Puissance out of a proven mare, Aquila*. If you’re looking for a horse that blends the reliability of a Volvo with the power and finesse of a Ferrari, this is your guy. He has extensively been shown as an Event horse and in the Jumpers through 1.40 in Ireland, he could easily transition to straight Jumpers or Equitation.
Quin is the most honest, genuine, and trustworthy horse I have ever had the pleasure of partnering with. He is the same horse every day, whether he’s ridden consistently or given time off. He has an incredibly rare ability to adjust—kind and steady for an intermediate-beginner rider but ready to step up for an experienced competitor in the upper levels. Snaffle mouthed, he never holds a grudge and will ALWAYS jump whatever is put Infront of him.
I originally purchased Quin as a confidence builder after a bad fall and time out of the saddle. He carried his own confidence while helping me regain mine, and he has been everything I needed and more. Now, due to life changes, I am making the incredibly difficult decision to find him his next perfect partner.
