Joker, is one of the barn favorites. He came to use from an owner surrender last year. He has complete schooling levels on dressage, and was lightly started in cross country. He is very strong, smart and sweet. He is always willing to please and just wants to make you happy. He does well with a job and a consistent riding schedule. He is young but you would never know it. He is not registered but through DNA analysis he is a Friesian crossed with a QH. The previous owner said her kids rode him around the farm and he was very gentle with them. He is not a very forward horse, sometimes needs a little encouragement to push him forward, but not so much you need a whip, spurs or you will give yourself a leg workout getting him to move. He is fine going through water, under trees, around other animals, good around kids, great ground manners, lunges, safe to ride bareback, good in the arena alone or with other horses, he loves pasture time but he is lower in the pecking order. He is mostly an easy keeper, but will require special grain. He is a prospect for level 1 or 2 in dressage and lower classes of cross country. Will require further training in both sports. Trainers recommended a confidant to advanced rider.
