Hello all, we are offering our wonderful trail horse Rusty for sale.

He is completely bombproof and perfect when under saddle, making him a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy safe, relaxed trail rides. He’s reliable, steady, and has been a joy on the trails with no spooks, bucks, rears, or bolting. He handles motorcycles, construction trucks, runners, water crossings, and giant groups of bikers without hesitation.

However, we want to be transparent about his behavior on the ground. He has some behavioral issues, particularly when it comes to nipping while being walked. We originally brought him into our family as a trail horse for our mother to ride safely, but we weren’t fully prepared to manage his ground manners.

We believe he would thrive with someone who has more experience handling horses with similar quirks. With the right person, we’re confident he’ll be an excellent companion and continue to be the steady, safe trail horse he was meant to be. He deserves a home where he can receive the attention and training he needs to reach his full potential.
