🧡Teddy🧡 *Reposting Teddy after finding more info about him from a previous owner, also manageable findings on X-ray* “Taronalist” AKA Teddy is a 2015 registered Dutch harness warmblood gelding (sired by “Colonist” KWPN stallion) Standing 16.3 hands tall, Teddy is 10yrs old and is just a giant puppy, he absolutely LOVES people and attention, he’d love to just sit in crossties and be groomed for hours! He’s always the first one at the gate and extremely easy to catch. Teddy has done lots of hacking/trail rides, had local show miles at a previous home, and driving miles. He had done schooling level dressage also. Teddy absolutely LOVES jumping, he never stops at the jump, will jump any height no matter how bad his rider sets him up. He gets bored flatting in the arena, his favorite things are jumping and trail riding! He loves riding bareback around the pasture when we’re too lazy to tack him up, he just loves attention and being messed with, he has more go than woah undersaddle but is NOT a bolter or prancy type. A PPE was done on Teddy and few days ago, all flexion tests were done and he had no lameness, his eyes, heart, lungs are good. X-rays were done on his back and found minor kissing spine. Teddy has never shown signs of kissing spine and has NEVER bucked or been unwilling undersaddle. The vet told me once he gets more muscle on him he won’t have any problems (he doesn’t have a problem because of it now), and if it is it would be a while. Other than the finding on Xray and needing a bit more muscle, theres no other health issues or maintenance, hes barefoot with super nice feet, stands for farrier also. Teddy is offered for mid f.o.u.r fig to find him a perfect spot, he is not a push button schoolmaster so I would recommend intermediate rider level and above. I will share everything I know about him, he’s offered low because in a few years there may be maintenance with it, there may not. Hes an absolute sweetheart and deserves a home that can give him more attention. So thats why im posting, if theres no interest i have no problem keeping him but i know he would love more attention!
