Zanzibar (“Zanzi“) is a Friesian cross (1/2 Percheron, grade), approximately 10 years old, barefoot, 16/1 hh, easy-keeper, solid build. She has a past history of being shown, but in an unknown discipline. She was a broodmare when she came to us, and gave us a beautiful filly without complications. Since she has been with us, Zanzi has only been ridden very lightly, mostly lead-line with children. When ridden, she’s “more whoa than go,” but she would benefit from an experienced rider to bring out her best! She has excellent ground manners.
