2007 18 year old BLM mustang. Hobgoblin has the sweetest face and a very kind personality. He was a trail horse many many years ago and would be in charge of bringing his elderly owner up and down a mountain every week to get his groceries so the amount of trail miles he has is very very high. After his owner passed his next home was amazing with a lovely woman who cared for him very much. He was however sent to 'trainer' who turned out to be a fraud. Hobbs was starved and untrusting of people and with his previous owners medical problems he needed to be rehabbed. Hence how his now owner got him! Hobbs has gained so much trust for people and hundreds of pounds since arriving to his new home. Hobbs has been rehabbed and vet checked and is now healthy and happy! He is getting better about getting his feet done and likes to be groomed. He will also stand tied. He has been trailered twice in the last 6 months and did great both times. He lunges great and gets along with other horses but has not been saddled recently. With his brain I'm fairly certain he will be easy to restart! We have hand walked him in busy grassy parks and on main roads and he's done great! He is looking for his next and hopefully final forever home! He still needs some weight and muscle but that just comes with time. I think he would be an amazing kids trail mount after some solid rides!
