Offering of my personal horses, loosely for sale to an approved home only. ****Let's start with the fact that she does not have to sell and it's perfectly fine to stay here. 2016 model, 16.1h dark bay OTTB mare. Papers in hand. Maiden. Affectionately known as , “Mini”, “Skinny Mini”, “Skinny” or my favorite, “Patricia” JC Reg Cyptocrossing Tons of trail miles for recreational riding, paper chases and cdr distances. Prefers to lead rather than follow. Crosses water, obstacles, tarps, parachutes, drags things, you can swing a rope off her, can camp in a portable corral, I have ponied my yearling off of her etc. Clips, bathes and loads. WTC, stronger to the left than the right. She has never been lame however I have injected a few sites just looking to see if that might help the mechanics of the right lead when I was trying to show her but the injections never really did anything besides spend my money. She will take the right lead, but lovessss her left lead. Outside of that she has clean legs, no jewelry and I do have a couple xrays that I can share. UTD on all vaccines and has current coggins. Rides best in a sweet Billy's leather bit or no bit at all with a rider who has respectful hands. Will ride bridleless. Has shown local level hunter shows, gaming and ranch riding shows. She does very well at gaming shows where the headset is not scrutinized but this horse will never be the quiet hunter, your next show jumper or dressage pony. She is very distracted and anxious at formal shows and just overall does not want to be a hunter. What she does like is distance trail riding. Lots of gas and stamina for the trail or endurance. An endurance or recreational riding home far removed from the organized show pen would be an ideal home for her. I call her my hobby horse tinker toy. She has seen a barrel pattern, is actually an excellent pole bending horse but is by no means finished. Not a huge fan of cows and goats. Can go barefoot but definitely does better in shoes or boots due to stereotypical, thin, thoroughbred soles. Outside of thin soles she has beautiful feet. In your pocket personality and will follow you around for cuddles. Can live in a mixed herd. JC Papers in hand. Breed her, make her a recip mare, ride her, both, she is a super friendly mare. Just not a show prospect. AGAIN, I feel she would be best suited for a youth or adult ammy non show, trail riding, recreational type home. DM me directly to discuss would consider trades for WD WE candidates
