Even as a yearling, this young stallion displays a stunning head & elegant neck, but his massive body proves the quality of his parentage.

Mario’s sire is the result of arguably one of the most successful crosses in the breed: The Gypsy King x Shampoo Girl. These were two of the first imported horses to help create the genesis of the Vanner Horse in the USA. Marios’s paternal grandparents are legendary in their own right. Sons and daughters of the Champion producing stallion, Charlie and the stunning stallion, Lake Ridge, British Sterling. He not only was a multiple Open Dressage Champion, British Sterling also produced numerous champions in Halter and Performance.

Mario has all the credentials you would expect from a well handled youngster, such as grooming, clipping, loading, and standing quietly for the Farrier. Add to that he ponies well along side ATV, and has mastered the trail course.
Mario’s full brother, now two years old, is turning heads in the show ring and gaining attention from spectators and judges alike with numerous blue ribbons and championships under his belt already. We expect Mario to follow in his big brother’s footsteps! Mario is presently 14.2 hands and will easily finish well over 15 hands!
