Great Summer Project for someone on a budget. Scotch is a beautiful draft cross gelding with four high white socks and a blad face. This young prospect has his whole life ahead, he is very balanced and sure-footed no matter the footing. The only reason he is available unstarted is that I'm 8 months pregnant at the moment and not able to get him going under saddle. He is saddled and bitted up a few times a week for groundwork at the moment. He stands tied for hours, loads well in the trailer, has excellent stall manners, and is easy to bathe. He does need work with picking up his feet and can be hard to catch for new people in a large area. Scotch is up to date on deworming, and vaccines, has a current negative Coggins, and is blanketed during snow days. This gelding is well-loved at the moment and will make a great riding horse one day with a little bit of training.
