Bought this gelding when he was a wild yearling. I have spent alot of time on him, breaking, handling and basic manners. He has always been good natured, never mean or nasty, just scared. Well, if you have always wanted to own one, and couldn't do the work, here is your chance. He is broke to ride, w/t/canter. No buck, we have taken him trail rides, stands in crossties, trailers good, been to an obsatcle course. He has a great mind. He is a very fun ride, been using him for some lessons. If you want a devoted best friend, he is the perfect choice. Mustangs bond with people, he is the kind of horse, you gain his trust and he is just perfect. I really hate to part with him , but I have so many youngsters I need to train ride now, I don't have the time. Mustangs need one on one time, not the kind of horses you throw out to pasture for a month and then bring them up to ride. Don't get me wrong, I don't ride him everyday, actually I have gone 3 weeks without riding him. He gets a little rusty, but not bad. Knows his leads, does rollbacks, almost done with neck reining, will turn a 360, responds well to your leg, We have rode him english, even tried a few jumps, but he will go over them, but not very well, so he would need more work with that, just something I didn't push with him. He is still only 4 yrs. old, so lots of time for that. His color is striking, he is a thick 14.2 hands and can carry any size rider. He needs a loving home, he is a sweetheart of a horse!! Call or text, serious inquires please,I don't get on line much. We are located in spotsylvania, va. (540) 538-1037
