Good condition trailer. As with anything old it has some cosmetic wear but sound. NOT PERFECT. Has heater/ ac, mini fridge, water heater, and electric lights and plugs. 3rd owner. Has mid and rear tack. Interior recently remodeled. I was told the roof was sealed by a previous owner. Some water damage around the roof vent from me leaving it open in a rainstorm. All lights and power brakes work. Reason Im selling is the trailer is just to long for my comfort level to pull... Needs new set of Tires. title in hand. contact for more information
