This is a very unique gal that we are excited to offer! Fiona as we have affectionately called her for the past eight years is an incredible mare. This girl is a kids and family horse through and through. Fiona stands 15.1 hh and is a STOUT girlโฆshe does not miss any meals.
We got Fiona when she was two-years-old and she has always been easy. Riding came very easy to her, as she has never offered to buck or have any silly business. She has a smooth lope and is not complicated to ride. Not only can one ride Fiona, but she is also broke to drive! Hitch this gal up to ANY thing and she will be ready to work.
Fiona has spent time in the mountains where she is sure footed and aware of her surroundings. Any one can trail ride this horse- from the eight-year-old, forty-pound girl to the sixty-year-old that has not ridden in twenty years. Fiona has spent a few years on a kids camp where she went for four half hour trail rides a day with little kids aboard.
Fiona is absolutely used to any and all chaos one can think of. Crazy dogs? Check. Wild children running around? Check. Tractors and skid loaders? Check. Tarps and flags? Check. Traffic? Check.
