Macy is a very beautiful 7 year old, 15.0 Hand Grullo mare with great conformation, good bone and nice big feet. This horse is extremely gentle. She is smooth traveling and easy to ride. In the arena she holds collection well and has the smoothest jog you could ever ask for. Lopes out on cue, takes her leads, has a good stop and backs soft. She is very user friendly to ride and work with. This is an uncomplicated and get along kind of horse that is safe and settled to ride out anywhere. Macy is outstanding to ride around our busy neighborhood streets as well as out on our mountain trails. She will lead, follow, ride quietly and respectfully in a group as well as out alone. She crosses the river, downed timber and picks her way through our steep, rocky terrain very well. She is equally dependable in the urban environment and is good about all that we encounter in our neighborhood including fast passing vehicles, bicycles and the occasional barking and charging dogs. Macy is currently turned out with 5 other horses and a burro and gets along great with all of the horses as well as the burro. She is not the least bit mareish and acts more like a gelding. She is equally content in a smaller pen as well. Stands quiet at the tie rail with other horses on both sides of her and does not fuss. She has extensive trail riding experience and has been used to move and check cattle on the ranch. Macy would make a great addition to any family and is as gentle as they come, Good to tie, tack up, bathe, shoe, load and haul. She has no vices or bad habits of any kind. Stays gentle with time off. We did not get any papers so she sells as grade. 100% safe sane and sound. Horses like her are few and far between and she is truly the whole package! Sold! Sorry you missed her.
