Vidar is a 16H 15yo gelding. He is 1/2 percheron, 1/4 thoroughbred, and 1/4 dutch warmblood. He has been used for western and english riding. Has been previously used for everything from barrel racing to three-day eventing. He has seen obstacle courses and is brave to cows. He is currently used mostly as a hunter jumper and trail horse. He has great feet and goes barefoot no matter how hard you work him. He is best off in constant work and has a love of water and jumping. He is brave to any fence and jumping tends to settle him. He is not for beginners and needs an intermediate level rider. Can be stabled or left in the pasture. He is middle of the pasture pecking order and can be turned out in a mixed herd or with smaller farm animals. Additional photos and videos available.
