This Spring at the 2024 Arizona Sun Circuit at West World, Majik, with Chad Turner aboard, qualified for the AQHA World Show in the Open Heading, received his ROM performance along with winning $$ and points in the Open Heeling. His skill set is so diverse that he is ready to make his mark in the Ranch Versatility classes, especially in the Ranch Reining, ranch riding, ranch on the rail, and ranch trail. What we appreciate most about Majik is his willing attitude and kind demeanor, no matter how long we have laid him off. Majik is one of the smoothest horses to ride; a soft jog-trot, a ground-covering long trot, and a rocking chair lope he uses to show off his pretty circles. He could easily plus one his turn arounds and has a great sliding stop. He has literally stopped traffic to snap for pictures and greet tourists and likes to see all the sights of downtown Wickenburg AZ. With or without a saddle or a bridle, he has flown a kite, walked through fire, and worked a buffalo or two. The prettiest ranch horse to put in a day's work, opening and closing gates, gathering, roping, and sorting cattle, Majik has been ridden in all types of terrain – rocks, steep hills, sand, grass, bogs, you name it –he's sure-footed, steady work and easy to sit all day.
