Porter is bred for the hunters top and bottom. His dam is by the hunter stallion Harmony Bay and out of a very successful amateur owner mare. His sire is Westporte. He is quiet, sensible and sound. Porter was lightly started last Fall W/T/C and has gone on 2 trail rides this Spring as well as worked in the arena a couple days a week. He ties, hobbles, trailers, bathes, clips etc. He has been ponied and hauled to new places extensively. He requires no lunge or prep, he is the same after a week or a day off and retains what he is taught. Porter is a beautiful mover with a floaty trot and a massive slow, balanced canter that will eat the lines. His is round from nose to tail over jumps with very tidy knees.
