Only Lazy Lopin, “Kenny”. 2022 APHA gelding. Kenny is sired by One And Only Asset, and out of Lazy Lopin Diva, mare by Lazy Loper. Kenny stands 16hh and still growing like a weed! This guy is big and muscular. He’s been on the back burner. He was supposed to be the horse I raised, trained, and showed but I bit off a little more than I could chew at the time, being in high school and having other things to do. He’s the sweetest horse, he loves people and will be the first to come up to say hello. I’ve had him since he was 5 months old, and he’s been a barn favorite. He’s been hauled to a few shows, and has been exposed to a LOT of things. Farm animals, tractors, vehicles, flags, guns, etc. He’s got a beautiful movement and probably would be more well suited for the hunter under saddle due to his size alone, however he does have a super cute little jog and lope and looks absolutely adorable in a western saddle. He has a few rides under saddle, but less than 10. He’s been sitting in the pasture with our old geldings for the last few months, so he’s been a typical two year old horse and can be in your pocket and curious. Unfortunately the geldings he’s been with have been showing him who’s boss, and he’s got some bite marks over his body. Give him a consistent work load, even three days a week, he’s a whole new horse. Very respectful and well rounded. Kenny is amazing at showmanship, and he’s good on the longe line. Stands, bathes, trailers, good for farrier. Good in a stall or out on the field. Kenny is ready to be officially started. With his pedigree, confirmation, and size, he’s sure to have a competitive future in the show pen. He did injure his back left leg when he was a baby and now has a scar. It’s strictly cosmetic, but it's not the prettiest thing ever. Only reason he is for sale is because I don’t have the time to work with him, I have a mustang that takes up most of my time and I am headed to college in the fall. He would be an amazing show partner, but he would also be very well suited as a trail horse as nothing seems to phase him! I don’t have any recent pictures but I am getting some this weekend! Message me if you have any questions! Located in Sisters, OR Priced at $7500 OBO. Just want him to go to a good home! Thanks!
