Great trail horse and possibly a contesting prospect!
This mare excels on trails, goes through water without hesitation, and loads easily into the trailer. She’s ridden in a Hackamore and was trained by her previous owner in contesting events. My kids walk her around in the arena, but has more go than woah in the trot and canter so a comfortable rider would be needed. She can also be buddy sour and whiny and trot the fence line when we first moved her alone to another barn but calms down. She knows her leads, backs up well, can somewhat sidepass, and likes to move out in the trot and canter. She has no lameness or maintenance issues.
She is grade and the equine dentist estimates her to be between 15-20 years old, and she’s up to date on her vaccines. Her teeth were floated on May 3rd. She has great feet and is well-behaved for the farrier. She's barefoot and was just done 9/16.
Good home is a must. Located near Oxford, OH.
