“For The Dreamers” (aka “Dreamer”) is a 17.2 hand 6 year old OTTB that retired from racing in Fall of 2023 after 11 starts. This horse is very smart and all class! He has lovely gaits and is very willing. This young horse craves attention and has a wonderful work ethic. He is currently going w/t/c working on dressage basics. He has been introduced to cross rails and took right to the concept of jumping! Also, he loves going out on trails and has been a trooper going out alone. Dreamer can be a bit pushy on the ground but is a big baby and backs off when corrected. He stands on crossties, is great for mane pulling, vet, farrier, clipping, bathing, and trailering. Currently barefoot and sound. Up to date on vaccines, dental, chiropractic and farrier. Dreamer did have a chip removed from his knee as a 2 year old but went on to have a successful racing career following that. He does great being turned out alone, turned out with other horses, and in his stall. We have a recent PPE on file including X-rays of his back. He will not pass a PPE due to the presence of kissing spines. The kissing spines is not currently causing any issues for him. A great home is a must for this sweet gelding and his price is negotiable to allow him to go to the best home.
