Who's looking for a unicorn on a budget?! Look no further than "Chaika", one of the sweetest and most uncomplicated mares you'll ever meet. If you are not a mare fan, she will make you one. Total barn favorite and is adored by everyone who meets her. And no - I'm not just hyping her up for the ad; she really is the BEST girl.

She has a wonderful brain, great work ethic, and is a fast learner. She only had 2 starts (too slow) and was properly let down. She is SO smart; give her a month off and she's the same horse, no prep required. If you're looking for one that is easy enough for an amateur, fancy enough for the show ring, versatile enough to do any discipline, and is still in the 4 figures - this is your girl. She... leads, ties, loads, trailers, lunges, and stands to be... clipped, groomed, bathed, vetted, trimmed, tacked, mounted, fly sprayed... Is trained to a whistle and comes when called. Easy to catch. She's great around traffic and vehicles. Will pony off a golf cart. She is barefoot and has impeccable feet; she's never been lame while I've had her or had any injuries. Easy keeper.

Undersaddle she is still green but so willing. No buck/bite/bolt/rear and is not marish in the slightest. She goes W/T/C both ways (english and bareback) and is jumping around small courses. Goes in a snaffle and has a soft mouth. More whoah than go, but has a motor when you want it. She has been off-property on trails. She is out 24/7 but is also fine to be stalled. Great with other horses and has been exposed to all animals with no issues - chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, goats, cows... She's had extensive groundwork and desensitizing done. UTD on everything and I have all her papers. She does have just one vice - which I can fully explain (this ad is already long enough.)
