Aurora Borealis
“Rori” is a 2016 14.2hh dappled grey Connemara/Andalusian mare, confidently competing at the EV-85 (Entry) level in Eventing. Rori has all her gaits – walk, trot, and canter, and has had dressage lessons and schooling. She has been free jumped up to 3’6” stadium fences and has trained up to 3’0” stadium courses. Rori has schooled EV-90 (Pre-Training) level XC fences in lessons and has no issues with water, drops, or ditches. She is super fun on the XC course; she enjoys her work and is eager to learn.
Rori is a very easy keeper and straightforward to handle on the ground. Stands well for vet, farrier, bathing, braiding, and trailers quietly, loading easily. Has been exposed to kids, cats, and dogs, and behaves well in a herd. Up to date on all vaccinations and farrier trims.
Very comfortable “kick” ride, very honest and willing mare. I have ridden her in lessons, clinics, and competitions, and have had novice and beginner riders on her at home. This super little mare is looking for her new person to excel with. Would be suited best to a novice rider looking for an upgrade pony, or an adult looking for a sure-footed and safe, large pony to pack them around a course.
