Meet Catfish John, He is 7 years and one heck of a horse. Not only is he flashy and fun to look at, but he is also even more fun to ride! He is not for a beginner; this horse is fun. He is forward. You ask and he will give. He has fantastic gaits, goes anywhere and will do anything you ask. He goes through water, over logs, up and down hills like a champ.
This guy is VERY athletic. He has a beautiful canter and if like to jump the occasional log, he sets himself up perfectly and takes you over like riding on air. You can shoot of his back, rope cows, take him the show ring, and enjoy a sunset ride all on the same great horse. He loads, backs, bathes, stand for mounting, not spooky, brave, good for ferrier, stands, ties, and gets along with just about anybody in a herd. He has lived out on pasture and enjoys the company of other horses. Look up his famous sires, Bojangles and Snoopy, he is the spitting image of Snoopy!
