Ben is a 10 year old Appaloosa pony. Ben has been exposed and has more experience than most horses you will ever come across. Ben has a friendly personality, and is as safe as they come. Ben loves attention, aims to please, and will work for you all day long.

Ben can and has done it all! Ben has been used lead-lining the very small inexperienced kids around on him to keeping up with the big horses in rough terrain for 10 hours a day trail riding. He has also competed and done very well at horse shows in trail courses, game day classes, and barrel racing.

We have hauled Ben to places like Grayson Highlands, Iron Mountain, and Leatherwood camping and trail riding. He kept up with all the big horses with no problem, and held up great for the average 8-10 hour trail rides we had each day.

Ben has been hauled to mutiple horse shows/rodeos where he has been rode by mutiple different experienced level of kids competing in various classes. Ben has pushed steers down the pen at ropings. Ben has also been hauled and ran at the big barrels races, such as, the NBHA Supershows.

Ben has been exposed and done almost anything you can think of. He can ride double, shoot a 🔫 off his back, pull a cart, sling a rope off of him, chase cattle, trail ride, barrel race, compete in any game day class, used to 🐕 being around him, great with traffic, and will do any obstacle you point him to. Ben is great with loud music/noises, bathing, farrier work (he has had two sets of shoes put on him in the past), loading, tying, vet work, etc. Ben pastures well with other ponies, and with the big horses. He is easy to catch and in your pocket if you go through the gate in the pasture.
