I’ve got a cute little stud muffin up for your consideration! We are located in Crowley, Texas.

This is James Franco, aka Frankie. He is an estimated 7 month old mini colt (he is not gelded) and he is a grade. I bought him from an auction some time ago and he was pretty feral, but I could tell he was a sweet little guy! And I was definitely right! He’s a very in-your-pocket pony. He now halters, leads, ties, lifts his feet, can be groomed and touched all over, and is easy to catch (half the time he even sees me coming and will come to me). I’ve had him around kids, cats, dogs, “normal” sized horses, other mini ponies, and donkeys. If you give him scritches on his neck and head, he will “groom” you back, and he lifts his head and curls his lip. It’s really cute.

Vices/Quirks: He’s still young, so he’s curious. He will get into things if you leave them out. He gets very skittish while bathing him, but now his nervousness subsides within a few minutes. Barking dogs scare him but he won’t bolt on you, he’ll just move away. He’s tried a couple of times to do some baby nibbling on me but I think I’ve kicked that in the butt now. I haven’t worked on trailer loading at all, but that is next on my list. I tried hard to get his auction sticker off but I couldn’t, so I had to cut it out, and the hair is still regrowing where it was.

If you wanted to keep him at the stable we board at, I think we do have stalls available, but it is self care only. I’m asking 1700, no trades. I will consider monthly payments but he will not leave my care until he is paid off.
