Teddy is a 5 yo 16.2 draft cross out of bucking stock. He was a bucking REJECT he never had a desire and still doesn’t. He was started as a 3 yo and was originally trained as a pick up horse and he does NOT want to be a pick up horse hence why I have him on consignment. This is not the horse who wants to be roughed around he likes a gentle hand (and prefers women over men). In the 30 days I have had this true gentleman he has improved every time I take him out of his pen. I have ridden him western and English and he strives in both disciplines. He neck and direct reins I have ridden him in an o ring snaffle (English and western) or an Argentinian snaffle (western). His sweet temperament and love for just being loved makes him such an even more amazing horse. He is broke to drive, pulls tires, carries flag (WTC), tarp broke, been around gun fire, ponies other horses, trail rides, crosses water/bridges. This big bear does it all! I have also started him over small cross rails. His trot is balanced both ways and his canter is a straight dream - if you can get him there he is LAZY way more woah than go. I ride him in English spurs and lots of leg and he goes right along. Beginner friendly!

He wears a size 5 shoe in the front. Our arenas are rocky and he goes out on trails that are also rocky so that is why he wears fronts. He stands amazing for the farrier and vet. Owner is selling him because again he does not want to be a pick up horse and that was why he was purchased.
