Gorgeous gelding alert! Here's that big hunk of man that every woman wants to wake up to in the morning! Perfect size, perfect color, smooth mover, well seasoned and well rounded.
Whizkey was well trained in his younger years in the reining pen. For the past four years, he's been used as a family/husband horse. He's got that great combination of skill from his reining days, mixed with the life experience and resilience as an outdoor ride. He's been ridden out on the trails, through water, bareback, and everything that makes for the best kind of family horse.
In the arena, Whizkey rides nicely in one hand. He's a smooth mover, knows how to stop, turn around, and has a nice rate to him.
Whizkey does well out with other horses or in a stall. He has no vices and is easy to work with on the ground. He was last measured at 15.1hh, although he may be a shade taller than that now. He does require some maintenance from the vet - hock injections and possibly equiox depending on work load.
If you are looking for a nice gelding to show you what it's like to ride a broke horse or if you want a fancy horse to mosey down the trails with, Whizkey may be the man of your dreams. Best suited for a w/j arena or mosey down the trail home.
