Meet Concho a.k.a Butthead | 8 yo Gelding | ½ Arab ½ QH, 15.1hh

Why do I call him butthead? I will tell you … Concho is a good boy on trail, crosses water, goes carefully down steep grades, crosses logs and has a nice walk, trot and canter. He moves off leg pressure and backs up nicely with a low head carriage. We won 2 blue ribbons last fall at our first CTR competition. All of this being said … he is a good boy as long as he has a buddy nearby, in eyesight. I'm selling him because I ride solo a LOT and cannot have a horse who is buddy sour. I don't have the time, skills or money to fix this.

Concho is sound, sound, sound – he will definitely pass your PPE. Just had new shoes put on a couple weeks ago, teeth floated last summer. I have his breeders certificate so you could still register him.

Concho is currently at the trainer who says the problem is not HIM, it is ME. He is too much horse for me, but if you have the confidence and time to work with him, he is a FIND.
