Have had him for 3 years, extremely patient, open minded, willing to learn and take direction. Due to no fault of his own I'm putting feelers out to the right home. Life has its changes, he has been great through it all. At the moment he is a solo horse on my property, and handles it like a pro. Picks up all 4 and is good for the farrier, stands tied, loves his fly mask, drinks and eats just fine at home or out on the road. Walk, trot, lope/canter in both directions. Will be due for teeth and vaccines soon, have had him barefoot the 3 years I've had him, hooves as hard as a rock- gets trimmed every 7 to 8 weeks. Currently being fed bermuda and alfalfa. His drinking and eating habits have been consistent the time I've had him, through all seasons. Trailers just fine, yet personally prefer a trailer with dividers. Doesn't get home sick when take out on rides, does well with others and other horse, is at the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to herd dynamics. Creates no fuss when cleaning sheath, or bathing. Have participated in local barrel races, and gymkanas. He has great potential, looking for a person who puts him first like I always have, and hopefully some cooler weather. I would recommend atleast an intermediate rider, experienced rider preferred to get the most out of him, though I was a complete beginner/novice when I originally started my equine journey, and he's been great. (Have always had proper direction from a trainer). Ask questions if you're interested, only way he's being sold is to a good home/person.
