Respectable ground manners, easy to lunge, stands to be mounted, ties and hauls great. Currently has a full set on but goes well barefoot. No health issues or soundness issues aside from an old cold splint on LF. Teeth and shots done April 2024.
Rocky has been shown at local dressage shows in CA up to third level and schooled up to 3’3 jumping at home. He has been to multiple XC courses, cavelleti clinics, trail obstacle clinics and galloped on the beach! Rocky is still building his strength back up and is currently schooling 1st/2nd level. We are on the brink of accessing his changes again but he just needs a little more time and counter canter work. Easy lateral work, smooth canter and takes a joke! Unbothered by riders with balance issues and has an immense amount of patience. I have never once been worried about Rocky doing anything dangerous, I would put anyone on his back.
My client has multiple young horses she is bringing up the levels and wants to find a new home for Rocky to get the attention he deserves. Rocky has been in training with me for two months to bring his fitness level back up from enjoying pasture time. Rocky can sit for a month and be the same horse, no lunging required. Currently ridden in a loose ring 3 piece lozenge bit, can be ridden with/without spurs and a whip. Confidence building type of horse. We would love to see him go to a home where he can be the center of someone’s world and take care of his rider. Absolutely no buck, rear, kick or bite.
Price will go up with training especially when I get videos of his changes
